Hello and welcome to The Binge Eating Dietitian Podcast!   Back with another solo episode where I share a personal story from back in my binge eating days. I injured myself (from running miles and going to the gym and undereating of course) and not being able to workout like normal ended up making me binge even harder and more frequently.  It was a dark time. And as a Registered Dietitian, working with women now who have these same struggles, I know it’s actually really common. In this episode I give my past self the advice I needed at the time, which means practical tips for YOU to implement to stop binge eating - no matter the stressful season of life. If you think you have a disordered relationship with exercise or if you’ve felt triggered to binge while injured, then this episode is for you.  Recovery from binge eating looks different for everyone.
