Or perhaps you’ve said “I’ve been good because I  had a salad–I deserve that treat”Any time you label your food, you inadvertently label yourself–and this is just not true. You are neither good nor bad for eating certain foods.  In this episode, I am going to tell you the three categories of foods you may want to skip–you don’t have to call them bad, but you’ll want to stop eating them.
