Have you tried to quit dieting only to find yourself constantly hungry? And even if you quit dieting a long time ago, do you have random days where you’re hungrier than usual?    If so, you’re not alone. It’s a totally normal part of the process, and that controlling your food in response to constant hunger isn’t going to help. (In fact, it’s probably going to make things worse.)   In this episode, I’m going to walk you through reasons why the constant hunger sometimes happens, how long to expect it to last, and tips for meals and snacks to keep you satisfied (without the deprivation and while still honoring your cravings).    Spoiler alert: I have days where I’m constantly hungry too. These strategies I’m going to share for pairing food together strategically would also apply for those random days where you’re hungry nonstop.
