Deconstruction Phase Where most of the hard work happens. Begin to uncover all the ways your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and action around food, exercise and your body are causing your issues with food. Digging into the root causes  2. Building Phase Building upon your new healthy mindset and relationship to food you’ve developed in Phase 1. You begin to prioritize and truly commit to your health over aesthetic goals. This episode will give you some good insight into how you can start to work through binge eating issues, not getting your period, eating issues, and the relationship between your body and food.  In addition, you will become familiar with how to start working on your own to overcome those issues.
