Some studies have even found that only 8% of people keep their resolutions. So why is it so hard to accomplish these goals? Well, a lot of it has to do with how you set your goal in the first place. In this episode, I give you some examples of common fitness goals, and how each can be tweaked to be a bit better, and pull it all together to help you create SMART goals for yourself that will greatly increase the likelihood of your success!
