Description
2022 was an... educational year for me. It was challenging in almost every way, but I also used those challenges to try and improve.
Here are a few lessons I learned in 2022 that I'm going to try and use to succeed in 2023.
Full disclosure, I was sick for this recording - so I was a little foggy and my mental processing was a bit slow.
Also, a not for clarity's sake:
About halfway through I said something like "a rising tide raises all ships." Not completely true - and the more well-trained you are, the less true it is. Training to become world-class at ANY specific type of fitness will draw you further from everything else. As always, it's complicated and you can't summarize a system as complex as the human body in a short, sentence-long quip.
Hope you get something out of the episode.
