- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The specific information on the conscious brain is interesting. Sbe focuses, which is fun because she states how we are influenced by outside factors to go along with the group, primarily on over eating that makes people heavy. This is a myth that everyone heavy eats too much. The author is propagating, like the group thinking. I am seldom hungry and do not over eat. My weight gain is from stress and trauma.
