About this audiobook

Balancing all the responsibilities in many different areas in our lives—our careers, our families, and our friendships—is an ongoing battle. The way we've historically been told to balance these responsibilities, "time management," has proven woefully ineffective. That "hustle until you make it" mindset cause our mental health and relationships to deteriorate. What's the alternative?

The answer, from Boss Mom founder and CEO Dana Malstaff, is "energy management," a system that encourages you to balance your total personal energy rather than your time. In this audio course, Malstaff explains her new approach to budgeting time using her energy management formula, how to structure your time to get important tasks done in 15 hours a week, when and how to outsource your energy, and much more. She also provides helpful exercises to begin applying what you've learned to your own life.

No more getting burned out by "time management." In Energy Management, Dana Malstaff offers a new, more effective paradigm for women who are ready to take their business to the next level while staying true to themselves.

Maybe a bit too simplified. Good for very diciplined people

Very insightful - never thought about managing my energy flow. The reason I gave it a 4 is b/c there were chapters that were very specific for business entrepreneurs - which I am not. But several chapters were broadly applicable to any woman who wants to get more done.

If your not a mom, skip this audiobook. I the title it's not mention this book is made specifically for women, or moms. I'm neither.
