About this audiobook

Stop paying the high cost of disorganization.

Late fees on forgotten bills. A home full of clutter and unfinished projects. Eroding respect with your friends, family, and colleagues. Health worries from doctor's appointments you keep meaning to schedule. Nonstop anxiety as you wait for the other shoe to drop.

You deserve better.

Order from Chaos will teach you how your brain works and how to stop getting in your own way. Mixing stories from the trenches of her own experience as a mom and wife with ADHD with wise, well-researched advice from her years as a blogger at the ADHD Homestead, Jaclyn Paul shows you how to design your own system for restoring order.

Past failures don't have to define you. Order from Chaos offers a helping hand to get you on the path to a more peaceful and rewarding life.

Really helpful strategies and information to understand the special challenges for someone with ADH and the concrete ways to cope with them. I would recommend it for anyone not regarding if they are neurodiverse or not, as everybody can get great advice here.

I’ve been reading a lot of books on ADHD and I really go out of my way to make sure the books I read for ADHD are reputable and actually helpful. This book was comforting and empowering, an empathetic and realistic view in to the ADHD mind. ADHD people are different, and we need different tools, this book explains it in clear detail of why other systems haven’t worked for us and what we need to do to find what actually helps and works

The author is relatable. She confirmed my “own diagnosis” of adhd even though I am 51 years old now and this condition explains a lot of reckless decisions I’ve made in my life. I take consolation that there are others like me who need guidance in getting a grasp, and tackling, the never-ending mundane list of things to do.
I’m more motivated now to make positive change- to stick to a plan whether I’m in the mood or not. I’m tired of wasted opportunities and clutter. Today marks a new beginning. Thank-you.
