- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A very practical and detailed approach to organizing everything in life. Informative and explanatory.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This is a useful book, to be sure, but the audiobook reader's tone strikes me as a little condescending. Sort of "too cool for school" which really wore on me.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Pretty good, but definitely outdated. Offers a lot of simple solutions to everyday adhd problems but feels like it’s geared towards people who live with someone with adhd then someone who has adhd. I much prefer “ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life” Book by Judith Kolberg as it’s more up to date with tech and feels a lot more I depth as well as more empathetic towards ADHDers
