    I just started this book during the beginning of the new year, and it was just perfect timing. The book talks about the types of ways we use to achieve goals. Most of us use methods out of fear. He talks about the reasons why we try to achieve goals and more great methods I haven't heard about anywhere else. This book is loaded with new fresh ideas!
