    Quick listen. To the point. I took away many nuggets of wisdom. I've read many self-help morning books and this is definitely at the top, probably even my favorite as it gave you the information that you needed and removed all the extra fluff that is often found in other books. Go ahead and listen!

    Really relevant content, until I reached the nutrition part that made little sense to me and was wondering what was the basis of the information. There's no official/reliable study that says you need to eat in the morning, given the fact that in 2 mil years of evolution, we never had food, first thing in the morning...
    Apart from this aspect, it was a nice recap of a good routine to have.

    Great for those just beginning and a great reminder to those who need to switch gears.
    It was helpful for me because I’m doing a whole lot of stuff that is not bringing me satisfaction. I sent it to my sis who has just lost her job after 15 years. I’m sending it to a high school graduate.
