    It's brief, it's clear and the topic is very useful.

    Good, Much better than that typical bunk about making a 5 year plan and sticking to it. The one downside is the author tends to speak in abstractions. I would’ve liked to seen more concrete advice, such as grounding exercises, or dealing with negative emotions when they surface.
