- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very good read and eye opener will recommend to friends.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Personally, too short and just simple words trying to sound smart.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Difficult for a layman to comment on the discourse by sages.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great audiobook, loved it so much. My honor to the author
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I appreciate how well the book explained fears and traumas from a neuropsychological perspective in a short amount of time. Some books seem to pressure the reader into immediately ditching the fear without the actual explanation on how to do so. I like how the author expressed that instead of walking away from it, walking peacefully with it was one of the methods the author mentioned. Short and easy, as well as applicable for training my mind to conquer my anxiety. I think I am Diana's fan now?
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great tips on mindfully managing anxiety. Good "read" indeed! V
