This is a very nice book /audiobook! I totally agree with the author! A lot of times we do not have a control on other people or our environment, but with enough training, we surely can control ourselves. Can we always take a pause before reacting or responding to anything. This practise will give us the opportunity on what's the best response or course to take in any given situation especially when negotiating.

Don’t let the wimpy title fool you. This has some really good nuggets for building relationships and communication skills. I especially liked “respond versus react”, and the tips for overcoming resentment.
