- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love this audio book. I’ve listened to it three times and am half way through again. It helps reset the mind and focus on the right stuff. It is helping to replace unhelpful and harmful thoughts I’ve had my whole life. It’s so easy to listen to and absorb.
She gives real life examples and quotes from the most influential people in history, and simplifies it into useful ideas.
She mentions at one point she stopped believing in God, but she also talks about why and how she came back from that mindset and how it helped open her mind to the true power of God. This isn’t a religious book, she doesn’t quote the Bible, but she helps us see the beauty all around us and encourages us to find our own higher power to give Thanks to.
This isn’t about how you should be, but more about how it can be.
I recommend this book to everyone.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5While there were many positive aspects about this book, I kept feeling like it was missing some thing… Especially the spiritual connection. When the author said she no longer believed in God and it made my heart sink. To whom. Is she giving thanks ? There’s so much that is missing without the spiritual connection.
