Manifesting doesn’t mean you have to be happy all of the time

Before she discovered the magic of manifesting, self-development coach, manifesting expert and bestselling author Roxie Nafousi was living a far from happy life. ‘I’d suffered from depression my whole life, but I didn’t know that was what it was, because people weren’t talking about mental health in the same way that they are now.
