- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am LOVING the Scribd Coaches. Thank you very much Scribd for putting these very helpful tools together. I recently got very triggered by an incident with a friend and instead of spiralling downward into darkeness I found the highly sensitive people course and the one about setting healthy boundaries and they helped me understand what was going on and what my responsibility is in the situation and why I reacted the way I did ... and also shed light upon my friend's struggles. & To you, of you are struggling, like I am, I just want to send you a hopeful hug and encouragement to keep going. We are all suffering together in our shared humanity, in these challenging times. I wish for you strength courage and compassion.
