Really enjoyable, some very useful and realistic skills presented in a very personal and relatable manner.
I was easily able to follow along mentally, though I do want to re-listen and jot down a few notes. I can't wait to implement them in my life.

This is beyond psychology. It is a drive into the realities of our everyday limiting fantasies and fashioning out ready tools of triumph. A must read in today's stressfully anxious life.
