Description

This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Andy Wind - an old friend of mine who entered the ultrarunning scene fairly recently and has taken some big podium spots, like 3rd place overall at Run Rabbit Run 100-miler and 3rd place overall at Zion 100k.
We sat down to discuss ultras, training, recovery, and the importance of doing hard things.
NOTE: Andy's currently located in Australia, so sorry for a little talking over each other or awkward pauses as we tried to deal with a slight lag.
