More about Cathy:
Cathy Watson has practiced physiotherapy for the past 20 years. Her focus is treating women with issues of pelvic pain, bladder/bowel incontinence and prolapse.
The path from pelvic health into the journey of menopause grew naturally after Cathy was noticing problem similarities among her clients when they were transitioning through this time. She became acutely aware of how her clients were struggling to find answers. All of Cathy’s studies are now in this field of the changes women may experience as they transition through menopause. Being a member of the North American Menopause Society gives Cathy access to the latest research so she is able to deliver current and relevant information. There is a lack of easily found information on how to navigate menopause holistically. This subject is what drives Cathy to deliver good, reliable information via in person talks as well as through her online courses.
