I started my year of 2022 with a 103 fever, body aches, and a head ache that was out of this world. Yes my year did not start out nearly what I thought, but I'm glad it did. Our bodies are amazing creations and very clever on telling you when to embrace the moment. I've been pushing so hard to achieve the things I want to achieve that there were some areas about my health I was neglecting, and not just that but I was also slacking in some areas of mental clarity/happiness.
