The new Fitness & Health podcast that's here for you! Hello, my name is Coach Matt. I am the host of this podcast as well as the Owner of Athletic Beings. My passion in life is to impact and help as many lives as I possibly can through fitness & health. I've heard many people shout their goals out into the world, but after all that motivation is gone, they stop pushing for their goals. This is what I am trying to stop! I've also seen many people want to lose 10lbs or gain 10lbs of muscle and just don't know what to do to get there. And the worst one of them all is the one person who feels alone in their journey, so alone that they begin to doubt themselves and spiral down a hole of sometimes no return. In this podcast you will learn from not only my experiences & knowledge, but others who have possibly gone through what you're going through now or have gone through in the passed.
