One thing that I found very quickly inside of training was there is nothing else that will ever make you better as a person than challenge. What is the primary aspect of training, it's to challenge you to improve who you currently are to transform you into someone better. Whenever you are training for a new personal record you have no idea what's going to happen when you attempt that personal record. All you know is that you've been putting your heart and soul into training to achieve that personal record. What happens if you fail at it? What happens if you hurt yourself pulling it? What happens if no one's there to see it? These are the same things that will happen in life. You will work so hard to achieve things in your life that you might not even know you will achieve. You don't know all the unknown mysteries that are going to push you off the rails towards striving for that goal. You will work and grind every single day to achieve small milestones that no one is seeing but you.
