We all have said it once or twice in our life, "I wish I would have known this before or when I started". Going through all the incredible experiences we've gone through in our lives, we gather tons of information and better knowledge on something or multiple things we didn't have knowledge on before. For everyone who might be starting their fitness journey or is currently having frustrations, this episode is for you!! When I started my journey in freshman year of high school I had no idea what I was doing. I ate completely horrible, over trained like crazy, and didn't sleep well. I was also an athlete and wondered why my performance was never really progressing. Everything that comes with achieving progress in your fitness journey, I was doing completely wrong! I wasted years of time and went through my great share of injuries, failures, and set backs.
