If we do that math on our daily expenditure vs our caloric intake and mindset on what will "create" our results, we will see how much harm we're doing to ourselves.    It's crazy on how we focus so much on a stupid number that creates nothing but stress, anxiety, and unhappiness. Why do something that causes the trifecta of a bad time? We need to understand what our bodies need.
