Description
Could you ever imagine a 7 year old power lifter? I mean imagine a young 7 year old girl dead lifting hundreds of pounds and power cleaning pretty heavy weight as well. On top of all that, imagine this young 7 year old being a competitive gymnast as well. How can a young girl be so strong? How can a young girl be so coordinated and able to do things some adults can't? Well in this episode you're about to hear just how this 7 year old does it. The young, Rory Van Ulft, comes on the show with her parents to share with us why she began her power lifting journey and how it made her a better gymnast. In most cases, we don't let our kids start training until they are able to, just to ensure nothing stunts their growth, but what if that is only holding them back from a whole new world of greatness. I wasn't allowed to train until I was 13, but what if i was allowed to once i was able to walk, how much of a better athlete I could of been in high school or in the Army. In this episode we will hear behind the scenes insights in Rory's life and how the amazing 7 year old power lifter became to be the amazing athlete, daughter, and kid she is today!
