There are many different approaches to fat loss but the challenge for most of us is finding one that’s easy to follow and sustainable. This became most evident to Corrie-Beth and Mike as they prepared and got into their best condition for physique competitions. Only to find themselves reverting right back to where they started after the shows were over. 

Everything came to a head when they decided to start their family and officially retire from competition. No longer were they willing to do “all the things” they had to do and sacrifice to maintain their best shape. That set them on a personal journey (and one they would eventually share with their clients) to figure out how to achieve their best condition and maintain it while still enjoying life.
