Jeff is the Director of Business Development with Stage Hydration. He has a background in team sports primarily but recently became a runner and endurance athlete when COVID shut down the gyms. Jeff studied exercise physiology in college, have been a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach in the past, and is a wealth of knowledge on the topic of hydration and endurance sports.
