Description
This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Heather Hart (@relentlessforwardcommotion)- a running coach, exercise physiologist, and owner of Relentless Forward Commotion.
I've learned a lot from Heather and her blog and she was kind enough to come on the podcast and talk about a topic which I don't think about nearly as much as I should - safety. We discuss a wide array of topics that will hopefully help you to stay safe out there from a wide array of potential threats.
At the end of the day, we're never completely safe. Running outside has inherent dangers, including just falling off the edge of a trail, but we can all probably do well to think a little more about safety - at least I know I could.
I hope you get as much out of the episode as I did.
And if you enjoy Heather, please go check out her stuff!
