Difficult emotions are a natural part of life, and we all experience them. However, holding onto these emotions can sometimes become detrimental, as we often begin to identify with the emotion, or, we let it sit within our bodies, without being resolved, leading to tension, discomfort, and more problems in the future. This guided body scan meditation will lead you through acknowledging the emotion, accepting the emotion, and releasing the emotion.
