Jenn Trepeckis described as a "force of nature," recognized in Podcast Magazine’s 40 under 40, and nominated for 2022’s International Women’s Podcast Awards. She is a Health Coach, Podcaster, and Business Consultant. Jenn grew up “the skinny one” in her family...until she wasn’t. Then began her weight management saga. Ultimately, Jenn learned the nutrition education we’re all supposed to know but don’t. Kicking her food issues changed her life. Now Jenn’s mission is to help others do the same. After a decade of coaching, Jenn started Salad with a Side of Fries podcast, where she talks about living while making health a priority.
