Description

The plaintiff says the defendant enrolled three kids in her day care service, and the defendant tried to stiff her on the tuition. The plaintiff won’t let her get away without paying her the money she is owed, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff had her boyfriend come over while she was watching her kids, and the day care was unkempt and she felt it wasn’t a healthy environment, so she pulled her kids out.
Then, the plaintiff says he was forced to move out of the defendants’ house, which he rented, because the water smelled like rotten eggs and the defendants didn’t do anything about it. The plaintiff says the defendants refused to return his security deposit, so he’s suing. The defendants argue that the plaintiff is making this up to break his lease. They had just installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system, and they don’t have to return a penny.
Plus, the plaintiffs allege that their son-in-law, the defendant, smashed a window in their house and refused to pay for it even though the cops are investigating, so they’re suing for the cost of a new window. The defendant insists he didn’t break a window, and he’s innocent.
