Description

The plaintiff says the defendant, his ex-wife, took money out of his retirement account to pay for a new pool liner, so he’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff agreed to pay for the pool liner, and he never asked her to pay him back until recently. Besides, the defendant says the plaintiff owes her money because she paid for their kitchen remodel, and she’s countersuing for appliances and pool maintenance.
Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to install a water filtration system in his house, and it guarantees odor-free water. However, the plaintiff says three weeks after the installation, there was a strong sulfur smell, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant claims the plaintiff’s water heater needs repair, not the water filtration system.
Plus, the plaintiff claims the defendant drove his 18-wheeler into her car and should have his license taken away. When the plaintiff brought her car to the defendant’s repair shop, she says they did a horrible job and made it worse, so she’s suing him for the damages. The defendant alleges the plaintiff was the one who caused the accident, and her car was already in poor condition before the crash.
