Description

The plaintiff has a son with the defendant, and he has a daughter with another woman. The plaintiff claims she was going to take her son and his daughter on a Hawaiian cruise, but the defendant failed to reimburse her for his daughter’s portion of the trip, so she’s suing. The defendant says he paid almost $2,000 and never agreed to give her a certain amount.
The plaintiff says he bought a car from the defendant, but he couldn’t register it because he never got the proper title. He left the vehicle on the defendant’s lot while he waited for the title, but he got the runaround. The defendant even tried to charge him for storage, so he’s suing him for a full refund. The defendant says the plaintiff told him he couldn’t take possession of the car for three months, so he’s entitled to storage fees, which he’s countersuing for.
The plaintiff says there was an outdoor deck when he rented an apartment, but it had been knocked down by the time he moved in. He claims it took the nightmare landlord defendant nine months to build a new one, so he’s suing. The defendant says he told the plaintiff the deck was being replaced and claims he’s still owed rent.
