Description

The plaintiff says the defendant’s grandson confessed to throwing rocks at the plaintiff’s car and damaging it. She’s suing for the cost to fix her car. The defendant argues the plaintiff lied about having video surveillance showing her grandson throwing rocks. 
Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is her cousin. She helped her out and loaned her some money, but she hasn’t been repaid and she’s suing. The defendant claims the money was a gift and says she owes nothing.
