The plaintiff says she’s suing the owner of a bar near her house. He’s suing for the price of the item. The defendant says he realized the printer was broken, so he refunded the money, but the plaintiff began harassing him.

She claims the hothead cut the wires and took it down himself, and so she had to pay a disconnection fee. She’s suing for the fee and emotional distress. The defendant claims the plaintiff didn’t pay the first month’s rent and says the dish put holes in his roof.
