Description

The plaintiff says she loaned her co-worker some money, but the defendant became hostile and aggressive when the plaintiff asked for repayment. Bottom line, she wants her money back, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff started assigning hard tasks to her at work, so she complained to HR and the plaintiff got suspended. She claims that’s why she’s being sued.
Then, the plaintiff says he brought his van to the defendant’s repair shop, but the guy’s shoddy work caused the engine to blow. He’s suing for all the money he’s out. The defendant says the plaintiff was so belligerent that he had to call the cops. He’s not paying for anything.
