Description

The plaintiff says he was hired to fix the defendant’s computer problems, but the defendant didn’t pay him for his work, so he’s suing. The defendant alleges that his computer froze at his dry-cleaning business, and the plaintiff, a customer of his, offered to look at it. However, the defendant claims the plaintiff wasted his time and fixed nothing.
Then, the plaintiff claims he rented a place to start his custom closet business. The defendant, his landlord, reportedly told the plaintiff that things weren’t going to work out because of noise issues. The defendant refuses to return the plaintiff’s money, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant alleges that the plaintiff was the one who wanted to move out because he found a better spot.
