Description

The plaintiff says the defendant is her landscaper, and he kept hitting her fenceposts with his lawn mower. It made her gate inoperable, and the defendant won’t cover the repairs. The defendant claims he does fence work, but the plaintiff hired a fence company. He claims she’s scamming him for money.
Then, the plaintiff says she agreed to rent an apartment from the defendant, who promised the place would be ready in time. She put down a deposit, but the place was a mess. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says she’s an experienced apartment manager and the place would have been ready. She insists deposits are non-refundable.
Plus, the plaintiff says owns a restroom attendants service company for high-end events. The defendant was working at a nightclub, but she flipped out when he wanted to rotate her elsewhere. He fired her, but she still has her uniform, so he’s suing. The defendant claims all the plaintiff’s supplies were stolen. She’s countersuing for pain and suffering.
