Description
The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to put on hair extensions, but the woman botched the job and damaged the plaintiff’s scalp so badly that she has migraines. She’s suing for her money back and pain and suffering. The defendant says she told the plaintiff not to wash her hair immediately after the extensions, but the plaintiff ignored her and the hair tape got wet. She’s countersuing for defamation.
The plaintiff says she dated the defendant years ago, but he still owes her money for a car loan. She’s suing for every penny that’s outstanding. The defendant says he was going to repay his ex, but she ended up moving in with him and his family. She deducted rent from what he owed on the loan — and then she cheated on him. He says he owes nothing.
The plaintiff says she rented an apartment from the defendant, who turned on her when she moved out. She claims she left the place immaculate, but he’s refusing to return her security deposit. She’s suing to get it back. The defendant says the wacky plaintiff left the once-pristine place a mess. He claims he had every right to keep the deposit.
