Description

The plaintiff says she bought a stove from the defendant, but it stopped working a week later. She’s tired of excuses, so she’s suing the defendant for a refund. The defendant says she and plaintiff got heated over the stove’s warranty and she offered to replace it, but the plaintiff refused.
Then, the plaintiff says he brought his laptop to the defendant’s shop, but the man lost it. Now all of his data is gone, so he’s suing the defendant for what he’s now owed. The defendant says a former employee might have stolen it. He says he was able to recover the data from his desktop, but the plaintiff just wants a money grab.
Plus, the plaintiff says she went to get her hair done by the defendant, but the unskilled woman got glue all over her natural hair and it had to be cut off. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant admits she got a tiny bit of glue on the plaintiff’s head, but she claims the plaintiff is exaggerating.
