Description

The plaintiff says he’s known the defendant for a few years and loaned her money off and on. She hasn’t repaid the most recent loan, and he claims it’s because she has the hots for him and wants to keep him interested. He’s suing to get his money back. The defendant says the plaintiff did a poor job on renovating her bathroom, so she says they’re even financially.
Then, the plaintiff says the defendant’s dog attacked her pet at the dog park. She claims the defendant thinks it was no big deal, even though her dog needed surgery. She’s suing him for all the vet bills. The defendant says the dog was only scratched, and her dog was actually injured elsewhere. He insists her dog was off-leash when she entered the park, which is a no-no.
Plus, the plaintiff says she bought a new TV from the defendant, but his employee carried it to her car upside down and it ended up with a puncture mark. The defendant won’t replace the TV or give her a refund, so she’s suing for his money back. The defendant says he asked the plaintiff to inspect the TV before she bought it, but she refused, so he’s not responsible.
