Description

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to do some work on her kitchen and bathroom countertops. She alleges the pictures he showed of his work on Facebook looked nothing like the crummy, unprofessional work the defendant did in the plaintiff’s house. The plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant doesn’t understand why the plaintiff paid him if she was so unhappy with the work.
Then, the plaintiff says she purchased what she thought was a sweet Escalade from the defendant. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant knowingly sold her a defective vehicle that broke down on the freeway shortly after she bought it. The plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff failed to make the car payments, and he had to repossess the car from her. The defendant has no idea why the plaintiff thinks she could win this case.
Plus, The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to build her a pig shed. Once the plaintiff gave the defendant a deposit, he allegedly began to play games with her, like ignoring her calls. The defendant never even started the job, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant claims he suffered some health issues and had to delay the project, and he spent some of the deposit money on shed supplies.
