Description

The plaintiff and defendant got into an argument because she briefly parked in the defendant’s driveway. The plaintiff claims the defendant followed her and punched her, and then got arrested. The defendant says the plaintiff got arrested after getting into a fight with his girlfriend, and she’s suing for false arrest. The defendant says the plaintiff tried running him over with her car. He’s countersuing for lost wages and anger management classes. 
Plus, The plaintiff took her small dog to the dog park. She claims the defendant’s Dalmatian bit her dog and he refuses to pay for vet bills. The defendant argues there were several dogs involved in the scuffle and there’s no way to prove his dog bit the plaintiff’s pet.
