Description

The plaintiff says the defendant backed his car into the plaintiff’s in a parking lot and promised to cover the repairs but never did. The plaintiff is suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says he and the plaintiff hit each other at 2 miles an hour, and the plaintiff’s car already had damage from hitting a deer, so he owes nothing.
The plaintiff says the defendant is his lying ex-girlfriend, and she owes him money. He’s suing her for what he’s owed. The defendant says she and the plaintiff went on vacation and he paid for it, but now that they’ve split up, he’s claiming it was a loan. She’s countersuing for rent, utilities, and gas bills.
The plaintiff says the defendants’ unleashed dog tried to eat her dog, who needed emergency surgery. She’s suing for the vet bills. The defendants say the dogs sniffed each other one day and it was friendly. They deny there was ever a fight.
