Description

The plaintiff used to be close friends with the defendant. They decided to take a trip to the Dominican Republic together and the plaintiff paid for the whole trip with the agreement that the defendant would repay her share. She claims the defendant refuses to pay because they got into a fight during the vacation, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff insisted on booking everything even though she offered to pay. She says the hotel was horrible and not even close to the beach, so she doesn’t owe.
Then, the plaintiff was walking her small dog when she claims the defendant’s unleashed dog attached her pet. She’s suing for vet bills. The defendant says the plaintiff was walking her dog on her property and she’s the one who didn’t have her dog on a leash. There wasn’t even any blood or sign of a fight, so she doesn’t owe her anything.
Plus, the plaintiff purchased a car from the defendant. She claims he sold her a faulty car because the check engine light went on the next day, so she’s suing for her money back. The defendant argues the plaintiff test drove the car and liked it, so he doesn’t owe her.
