Description

The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend. He alleges she went into his bank account after they broke up and used his money to pay her credit card. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant insists this was money she was owed after paying for her ex’s car repairs and other things. She’s countersuing for money still owed and defamation.
Then, the plaintiff says he rented an apartment from the defendant, but the weasel is withholding his security deposit. He refuses to let it go, so he’s suing to get it back. The defendant says the plaintiff left with no notice and damaged the home badly during his tenancy, so he’s getting nothing back.
Plus, the plaintiff says he bought a Dodge Ram from the defendant, and the entire suspension snapped three days later. He insists the defendant must have known about it, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant says he told the plaintiff to bring the truck in so he could look at it, but he never showed up.
