The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend. He alleges she went into his bank account after they broke up and used his money to pay her credit card. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff left with no notice and damaged the home badly during his tenancy, so he’s getting nothing back.
Plus, the plaintiff says he bought a Dodge Ram from the defendant, and the entire suspension snapped three days later. He insists the defendant must have known about it, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant says he told the plaintiff to bring the truck in so he could look at it, but he never showed up.
