Description
The plaintiff says he painted the interior of the defendant’s house, but she hasn’t paid him in full. He’s tired of asking and deserves to get paid, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff brought his 12-year-old son to do heavy manual labor and kept asking her out and acting inappropriately. Bottom line, she paid him in full and owes nothing.
The plaintiff says the defendant ordered a cake for his estranged daughter’s birthday and then never showed up to get it. He says he called and sent letters, and now he’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says he did order the cake, but he insists he canceled the order in person at the bakery.
The plaintiff says he sold his car to the defendant, his former boss. The check bounced, and now the guy is giving him the runaround, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff racked up a ton of tickets and the car was confiscated. He claims the plaintiff asked him to pay off the tickets in exchange for the car title.
