The plaintiff dated the defendant and they used to live together. The plaintiff says they agreed to split the rent and utility bills, but she never paid, so he’s suing. The defendant says she took the plaintiff’s TV out of storage and threw it out because the screen was cracked. She doesn’t think she owes him because they’re friends.
